Use case
Arbitrage & surebets, with the matcher already built.
OddsRelay gives an arbitrage product the coverage and normalisation it needs to detect surebets and middles — deep UK books with bet365 included, paired with exchange lay, in one schema.
The problem
An arbitrage scanner needs wide, consistent coverage and clean normalisation: the same selection has to be comparable across many books and the exchange, or the arb you detect is an artefact of mismatched labels. The hard parts are breadth (including the books that price off consensus), normalisation, and pairing against a layable exchange price.
The data that solves it
Deep, normalised coverage with the exchange lay side attached. When back odds across books and lay odds on the exchange are in one schema with consistent selection labels, surebets, middles and value gaps surface cleanly. bet365 is included, which matters because it is the book most arb buyers ask for first.
How the feed delivers it
The feed normalises the roster into one market schema and pairs back prices against exchange lay, rated. Your scanner reads opportunities and applies its own thresholds and staking, rather than first solving coverage and normalisation.
What the feed surfaces
Integration
One endpoint per matcher type, region-filtered, gzip on the wire and ETag/304 to keep polling cheap. Apply your own arb threshold and bankroll logic on top of the matched rows.
Honest framing
Real surebets are rare and short-lived — prices move and bookmakers restrict. The feed surfaces opportunities from the data; it never implies guaranteed or steady profit.

Arbitrage & surebets: common questions
- Does the feed find arbs for me?
- The feed delivers normalised, matched coverage so your scanner can detect arbs, middles and value cleanly. You own the thresholds, staking and execution logic; we own coverage, normalisation and the exchange-lay pairing.
- Is the data fast enough for arbitrage?
- The feed is built for pre-match arbitrage, refreshed on a short polling cycle and monitored, with live freshness on the coverage dashboard. We describe it as low-latency pre-match, not sub-second in-play.
