What a call costs
Each call is priced from the product and the filters you send, never from the size of the reply, except a historical odds day file, priced per MB. Leave the filters off and you get the whole feed, which costs the most; name sports, bookmakers, exchanges or markets to pay less. Add quote=true to any call to see its price for free.

Questions
What is a token?
A token is what a call costs. Every paid plan comes with a pool of tokens each month, and the free trial comes with 50,000 tokens for 14 days. Each call takes some of your tokens — the table above shows what typical calls take. The data you get doesn't change with the plan.
What happens if I run out of tokens?
A call that costs more tokens than you have left is refused with a 402, and nothing is charged. Cheaper calls keep working until a paid plan's tokens reset. To carry on sooner, move from Starter to Pro, which applies to the key you already have, or talk to us about Enterprise. The free trial's tokens never reset: when they run out, choose a plan. There is no overage billing.
Do unused tokens roll over?
No. A paid plan's allowance resets each month on the day the plan started. The free trial's pool lasts its 14 days.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, from Billing in your dashboard. An upgrade starts a new month that day with the new plan's full allowance, and you pay the new price less a credit for the days you did not use. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep your plan and its tokens until the end of the month you paid for, and nothing more is charged. After that your key stays, with no tokens, until you choose a plan again.
Can I use a self-serve plan for my business or my members?
Starter and Pro are for personal use: one person using the data for themselves. Any business needs an Enterprise contract, even one using the data only in-house. So does showing the data, or anything made from it, to other people, whether members, customers or the public, paid or free, and so does reselling it. A business can try the data on the free trial first.
How long does the free trial last?
14 days, with 50,000 tokens to use in that time and no card. It's one per company or personal email address every 12 months. When it ends, your key has no tokens until you choose a plan, or Enterprise for a business. Then the same key keeps working.

No. A call with

By card through Stripe, monthly in advance. Receipts and invoices are in your dashboard. Enterprise is paid as its contract sets out.
Do prices include VAT?
No VAT is charged: we are not VAT-registered. If we register, UK prices may change to include VAT, with 30 days' notice.
Can I get a refund?
No, except where the law requires. Cancel any time and your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then stops. The free trial is there to try the feed first. Our terms have the details.
