Free lasts 14 days, with 50,000 tokens and no card, once per company or personal email address every 12 months. Then your key has no tokens until you choose a plan, and the same key keeps working.
What a call costs
Each call is priced from the product and the filters you send, never from the size of the reply. Leave the filters off and you get the whole feed, which costs the most; name sports, bookmakers, exchanges or markets to pay less. Add quote=true to any call to see its price for free.

Questions
What is a token?
A token is what a call costs. Every paid plan comes with a pool of tokens each month, and Free comes with 50,000 tokens for 14 days. Each call takes some of your tokens — the table above shows what typical calls take. The data you get doesn't change with the plan.
What happens if I run out of tokens?
A call that costs more tokens than you have left is refused with a 402, and nothing is charged. Cheaper calls keep working until a paid plan's tokens reset or you move to a bigger plan, which applies to the key you already have. The free plan's tokens never reset: when they run out, choose a plan. There is no overage billing.
Do unused tokens roll over?
No. A paid plan's allowance resets each month on the day the plan started. Free's pool lasts its 14 days.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, from Billing in your dashboard. An upgrade starts a new month that day with the new plan's full allowance, and you pay the new price less a credit for the days you did not use. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep your plan and its tokens until the end of the month you paid for, and nothing more is charged. After that your key stays, with no tokens, until you choose a plan again.
Can I use a self-serve plan for my business or my members?
The self-serve plans are for your own use: you and your team using the data yourselves. Showing the data, or anything made from it, to other people, whether members, customers or the public, paid or free, needs an Enterprise contract. So does reselling it.
How long does the free plan last?
14 days, with 50,000 tokens to use in that time and no card. It's one per company or personal email address every 12 months. When it ends, your key has no tokens until you choose a plan, and then the same key keeps working.

By card through Stripe, monthly in advance. Receipts and invoices are in your dashboard. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
Do prices include VAT?
No VAT is charged: we are not VAT-registered. If we register, UK prices may change to include VAT, with 30 days' notice.
Can I get a refund?
No, except where the law requires. Cancel any time and your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then stops. The Free plan is there to try the feed first. Our terms have the details.
