Oddsmatcher

An oddsmatcher is the engine at the heart of every matched-betting tool. It takes back prices from many bookmakers, lay prices from the exchanges, pairs them per selection, and rates each by how close the back and lay are — the closer, the smaller the qualifying loss.

Building one is the hard part of a matched-betting product. An oddsmatcher-ready feed supplies the matched, rated rows directly, so the tool is the interface and accounts, not the matching engine.
